Scheduling for anyone whose work is a list of addresses and the driving between them. Say what changed; the day re-plans around you.
Watch the phone. Every time on it is recomputed from real driving when the order changes — nothing is written until the person confirms.
“Move Beatriz to ten.” The agent proposes and waits. Nothing is written until you agree, and two clients answering to one name is a question, never a guess.
Photograph a referral or a work order and the fields fill themselves in, each carrying its own confidence. The photograph never leaves the phone.
Ordered by real driving from where your day starts, inside each client’s window and your own hours — with a reason written out for anything that would not fit.
A proposed time and a promised one never look the same on screen. Telling a client an hour nobody agreed to is the failure worth designing against.
Who it is for
Home health and therapy, in-home care, mobile clinics, inspections, repairs, deliveries by appointment — anyone whose day is a route. An agency is optional; work alone and join a team later.
About your data
Your clients’ details are not the product. Names, addresses and notes belong to you and to the organisation you work for. They are never used for marketing or advertising, never sold, and never shared with any partner — in any form, aggregated or otherwise.
Dictation and document scanning happen on the phone. The recordings and photographs are never uploaded.
